The noise from trams was disruptive, even with closed windows. I found it hard to sleep due to the constant street noise outside. The cleanliness standards in the bathroom left much to be desired, making my stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

Location near tram stops made it easy to explore Vienna. Our apartment-style room gave plenty of space, and the equipped kitchen helped with meal prep. Staff showed friendliness and were helpful with room inquiries. the air conditioning dripped by the end of our stay, which was inconvenient. The lack of a second room key caused issues, and I had to frequently visit reception for help due to non-functioning cards. Noise from trams could be heard even with windows closed, affecting my sleep. despite some annoyances, the ample room and kitchen facilities made the stay enjoyable.

Spacious and comfy stay!
We stayed for 3 nights and really loved the big room with a double bed and a sleeper sofa! The staff were super nice and helped us with everything. The kitchen was handy, even tho the fridge didn’t keep things super cold. Only bummer was the A/C dripped a bit. Breakfast was a fab spread with eggs and more!
